Our smallest commercial model measuring 36” wide and 36” deep. This model can hold all of our products, which are interchangeable.
60” full of live fire opportunities. All products inside the hearth are interchangeable and can be moved or replaced without the use of power tools.
A collaboration of ideas with between our owner Chris and James Beard Award Winning Chef Sean Brock. The oven section consists of a burn box/broiler in the middle leading heat and smoke to to the above oven, smokeless channeling clear heat to the below convection oven. To the left of the ovens there is a speed rack system on both the back and side wall. The unit is finished in blackened stainless steel with aged brass accents.
