Hi there, I'm Chris and I am the creating and fabricating mind behind Grills by Demant, a live fire grill manufacturer.
By the age of twenty-five I had nearly a decade of experience as a stainless steel fabricator. I decided it was time for me to pursue my dream of owning a fabrication company of my own. The pursuit of this dream led me from Denmark to Atlanta where, with the support of my wife, I founded Reclaimed by Demant.
Within my first year in business I was approached by local and regional chefs to create a reliable and robust, manually operated grilling system that could withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen. With a clear understanding of their needs, I accepted the challenge to create a unique grilling system. I listened to chefs and applied my knowledge of stainless steel fabrication to the needs they expressed. And so - Grills by Demant was born.
